Night attack on the Odesa Region port: Russian drones crashed in Romania

Russian “Shahed” drones, which attacked the Izmail port area, fell and exploded on the territory of Romania.

“According to the information of the border service of Ukraine, tonight during a massive attack by the Russian Federation in the area of the Izmail port, Russian “Shaheds” fell and detonated on the territory of Romania,” said the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleg Nikolenko.

According to him, this is another confirmation that Russian terror poses a huge threat not only to the security of Ukraine, but also to the security of neighboring countries, including NATO member states.

Subsequently, the response of the Ministry of Defense of Romania to the information about the fall of “Shahid” appeared.

“The drone attacks carried out by the Russian Federation did not pose a direct military threat to our national territory or the territorial waters of Romania,” the country’s Ministry of Defense said.
