Odesa Port receives Energy Equipment from Partners from Rotterdam

The Port of Rotterdam has transferred two diesel power generating units to the Port of Odesa.
The Odesa branch of the State Enterprise “USPA” has received the first technical assistance within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation with the Port of Rotterdam (Netherlands). These are two diesel power generating units, the press service of the Port of Odesa reports.
The equipment will be used as a backup power source to ensure stable operation of the port in the event of power outages.
The assistance received will increase the energy sustainability of the port and ensure the continuity of key production processes.
Earlier, USM reported that the USPA will allocate 100 million to protect port infrastructure.
