Odesa Port Plant Fined Half a Million UAH

JSC “Odesa Port Plant” (OPP) was fined for violating the legislation on the protection of economic competition.
This was reported by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU).
On Thursday, May 1, the AMCU fined the Odesa Port Plant for a total of UAH 584,000 for committing two violations of the legislation on the protection of economic competition.
This is a violation of paragraph 13 of Article 50 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Economic Competition”, as well as paragraph 14 of Article 50 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Economic Competition”.
The department emphasized that the OPP did not provide information to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine at the request of the State Commissioner of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine dated 18.07.2024 No. 130-26.13/03-6995e within the time limit set by him, and also submitted incomplete information at the request of the Commissioner dated 11.09.2024 No. 130-26.13/03-8811e.
Recall that in February 2025, the Odesa Port Plant had its electricity disconnected due to debts to DTEK, which led to the shutdown of the treatment facilities in Pivdennyi.
