One candidate remains in the competition for the head of ARMA: the others did not pass the general abilities test

In the competition for the head of the National Agency for the Investigation and Management of Assets (ARMA), only one candidate remained out of 13.
The other 12 candidates did not pass the general abilities test, reported by Liga Business.
Thus, in the competition for the head of ARMA, only one candidate remained after the second stage of selection – Viktor Dubovyk. He was one of the 13 participants who overcame the minimum barrier of 107 points in the general abilities test.
The test tasks were divided into three categories: abstract-logical (for example, find an extra figure), mathematical (continue a pattern, etc.) and verbal (select concepts of the same order, supplement semantic analogies, etc.) tasks.
One of the members of the commission and an international expert from Portugal, Rita Simoes, suggested taking a break and reviewing the testing parameters in order to guarantee greater competitiveness of the procedure. However, most of the commission members opposed changing the rules in the middle of the process.
According to the law on ARMA, there is no minimum number of candidates for the continuation of the competition. Therefore, according to the results of the vote, five out of six members of the commission supported the decision to allow Viktor Dubovyk to the next stage.
Next, he will have to pass a practical task on knowledge of the legislation, an integrity check, a special check and a final interview.
We will remind, in November 2025 it became known that for the first time in 10 years, ARMA is conducting a full identification of seized assets.
