Pivdennyi Port opened for ships to enter and exit

The USPA reported that the port of Pivdennyi has been opened for the entry and exit of ships. Work in the port area to eliminate vegetable oil leaks is ongoing.
The work to eliminate leaks is being carried out taking into account the necessary safety measures and relevant restrictions, the Ukrainian Sea Ports Administration reported.
Oily stains were also recorded in the water area of the port of Chornomorsk. All relevant services are involved in eliminating the consequences of enemy shelling in both water areas (the port of Chornomorsk and the port of Pivdenny), specialized vessels and oil recovery vessels are working.
As a reminder, on the morning of December 24, the water area of the port of Pivdennyi was temporarily closed to eliminate the consequences of a vegetable oil leak that arose as a result of massive Russian attacks on the port infrastructure.
