Russia has said that restrictions on shipping in key Black Sea ports remain in force due to adverse weather conditions.
On Thursday, November 30, in the main seaports of Russia in the Black Sea basin, navigation restrictions continue to apply until the weather improves, writes Reuters.

Strong storms in the Black Sea region have disrupted oil exports from Kazakhstan and Russia by 2 million barrels per day since last Friday.
