The Russian state corporation Rosatom and the port operator DP World (UAE) have agreed to create a new joint business.

The transport group FESCO will be part of it, Russian media reports.

The participants in the agreement are Rosatom’s subsidiary Global Logistics, DP World Russia FZE and Far Eastern Shipping Company (the parent company of the FESCO transport group).

The state corporation and DP World already have a joint venture established in 2023. In LLC “International Container Logistics” in “Rosatom Logistics” (a structure of the state corporation “Rosatom”) – 51%, in the company DP World Russia FZE – 49%.
