Russia and Iran have intensified traffic through the Caspian Sea – they are probably transferring weapons

Russia and Iran have intensified traffic through the Caspian Sea, taking advantage of the truce with the United States — they are probably transferring weapons.
This was reported by Defense Express with reference to Cecilia Sykala’s OSINT account on the X social network , which clearly showed the difference in the number of vessels.
Thus, about ten Russian dry cargo ships gathered in a single Iranian port on the Caspian Sea, some of which were directly noticed transporting weapons. Russia and Iran intensified shipping in the region immediately after the truce between the United States and Iran was announced on April 7.
Defense Express noted that at the time of publication, according to the services, three Russian dry cargo ships are located directly in the port of Amirabad in the southeastern part of the Caspian Sea: Pola Yaroslava, Pola Feodosia and Baku Breeze.
The dry cargo ships “Pola Sofia”, “Valentin Emirov”, “Kalitva”, “Omskiy 109”, “Pano 05” are in the roadstead of this Iranian port. And on the approach is Port Olya 2. In addition, Russian and Iranian tankers are in the port area, as well as ships that do not transmit data about their location.
According to the database of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, among the listed ships, all the “Pola…” ships, which belong to the Russian company “Pola Rise”, are under sanctions by Ukraine and the USA. The dry cargo ship Port Olya 2 and other ships of the company “MG-Flot”, including Valentin Emirov, were noticed in the direct transportation of military cargo.
The ship Omskiy 109 belongs to the company “More Reka Servis”, which transported ammunition from Iran to the Russian Federation on the ships “Omskiy-119” and “Omskiy-103”. The ships “Pano…” were used to steal Ukrainian grain from the temporarily occupied territories.
It is currently unknown, but it is not ruled out that Russian vessels could have delivered weapons to Iran, including anti-aircraft missiles, MANPADS and other air defense systems, as well as components for the production of long-range drones, ballistic missiles, or ready-made models.
Earlier, USM reported that Iran had for the first time allowed a Russian-flagged tanker to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.
