Russia increases oil exports from Baltic Sea ports, — Klymenko

Russian oil exports by sea from Baltic Sea ports for 25 days of November have reduced the gap with October volumes and have already exceeded the figures for 25 days of September.

This was reported on Facebook by the head of the project of the Institute for Black Sea Strategic Studies, Andriy Klimenko.

So, from November 1 to 10, Russian oil exports from Baltic Sea ports lagged behind October figures by 30.9% (2.8 million tons versus 4.1).

As of November 15, the gap had decreased to 22.3% (4.3 million tons versus 5.5 million tons). And on November 25, the difference had decreased to 12% (8.4 million tons versus 9.6 million tons).

The “schedule” of November already exceeds the September schedule, Klimenko noted. October was a record month — the total deadweight of crude oil tankers was 11.9 million tons (this was the maximum for the entire monitoring period by the group since April 2024).
