Russia is afraid of military operations in the Sea of Azov – it acts only as a sea robber

Russia avoids military operations in Azov due to the fire control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – only piracy and the export of loot remain.
Russia does not use the Sea of Azov for active military operations, since the Defense Forces of Ukraine control the water area with fire. This was reported by the spokesman for the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Dmytro Pletenchuk, on the air of the My-Ukraine TV channel.
According to him, the Russian Federation has reoriented the Sea of Azov exclusively for civilian shipping – and primarily for the illegal export of Ukrainian resources from temporarily occupied ports. This includes grain, metal, and now coal, which are transferred to Russian ports and exported under the guise of Russian products.
“In fact, this is maritime piracy. But we, unlike the occupiers, do not pose a threat to the civilian fleet. At the same time, there are already legal cases with the detention of vessels that violated the law,” Pletenchuk emphasized.
Also, according to him, the Crimean Bridge currently does not perform a critical logistical function: the movement of heavy equipment across it is almost not recorded. At the same time, illegal tourist traffic to occupied Crimea continues through the bridge.
The day before, USM wrote that the Navy explained the probability of a Russian landing in the Odessa region.
