Russia stole 2.5 million tons of wheat from occupied regions

New harvest grain from the occupied territories of Ukraine is being exported to the Russian Federation, blocking farmers’ access to their own products.
Since the beginning of the harvest, the Russian invaders have already exported about 2.5 million tons of wheat from the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions to the Russian Federation. This was reported by the Center of National Resistance.
According to the Center, Kremlin propaganda openly states that the so-called “new regions” have replenished the Russian Federation’s grain reserves. In fact, this is about large-scale looting, seizure of agricultural enterprises and blockade of Ukrainian farmers.
The CNS emphasizes that such actions are a war crime and a gross violation of international humanitarian law. Moscow is actually turning food from the occupied territories into an instrument of pressure and a resource for waging war against Ukraine.
\As USM wrote the day before, in total, Russia has exported about 15 million tons of Ukrainian grain from the occupied territories. The occupiers mix stolen Ukrainian grain with their own and send it for export, which makes it difficult to track and allows the Russians to circumvent sanctions.
