Russia wants to sell export grain for rubles
From November, Russia will accept payment for export agricultural products only in rubles.
The Russians plan to sell their grain only for rubles. This is reported by “APK-Inform”. In this way, the terrorist country hopes to save its currency from devaluation. The decision will enter into force in November this year.
“To establish that when carrying out calculations for foreign trade contracts for the supply of Russian agricultural products concluded by residents – participants in foreign economic activity with foreign buyers at organized auctions, the use of special ruble accounts of type Z and special currency accounts of type Z is allowed,” says the relevant presidential decree Russian Federation of Vladimir Putin.
The Russian government must approve the list of Russian agricultural products, the calculations of which will be carried out according to a special procedure, during August.
As of the beginning of August, Russian wheat was valued at $250 per ton. After the attacks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on Russian ships in Novorossiysk, Russian exports became significantly more difficult.
