Russian bulk carrier completes loading at the port of Feodosia

The sanctioned vessel Siberia, flying the flag of the Russian Federation, is completing loading in occupied Feodosia.
This was reported by Kateryna Yaresko, a journalist for the SeaKrime project of the Myrotvorets Center.
As of November 2, the vessel Siberia (IMO:9239458) was still in the Feodosia port and was completing loading.

The bulk carrier came from occupied Sevastopol, where it was in the dry dock of Avlitsa for repairs from August 28 to October 17.
The Defense Intelligence War&Sanctions portal notes that the shipowner is the sanctioned Russian transport company LLC “TK Severny Proekt”. The company specializes in sea freight transportation via the Northern Sea Route, transports general, groupage, mixed and non-standard cargo, special equipment, equipment, container cargo, and has a license to transport dangerous goods of all categories.
In May 2022, the US imposed sanctions on LLC “TK Severny Proekt” due to the transportation of weapons to the Russian Federation by the company’s vessels, and sanctions were also imposed on 15 of the company’s vessels, including Siberia.
As previously reported by USM, the Ministry of Development and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine condemned the opening of a “checkpoint” in Berdyansk by the invaders. Ukrainian officials warned of the risks for foreign companies.
