The russian Black Sea Fleet lost 15% of its combat personnel in the war with Ukraine.
At the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the fleet of the terrorist country numbered 275 ships, of which only 58 were combat ships. Together with patrol boats, the Black Sea Fleet had 74 combat units, rosZMI writes.
