Russian iron ore was seized at the Odesa railway station


2,500 tons of Russian iron ore, which was seized from the Odesa railway station, were handed over to ARMA.

The funds from the sale are planned to be used in the interests of Ukraine, the Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported.

According to the investigation, the recovered iron ore belongs to the Russian group of companies JSC “Holdingovaya kompaniya “Aksionernoe obshchesti” Metalloinvest”. Its cost is UAH 10 million.

The goods were planned to be taken out of the customs territory of Ukraine and transported by sea to other countries.
