Russian Sovcomflot’s revenue fell by almost 30% in a year

Revenue of Russia’s largest shipping company, Sovcomflot, fell by almost 30% over the year, to about $1.06 billion.
This was reported by Russian media with reference to the company’s press release.
Operating expenses in January-December 2025 increased by 2.86% and reached $431 million. EBITDA amounted to $526 million, decreasing by almost 50% compared to the figure for 2024.
Adjusted net loss excluding the non-monetary effect of the depreciation of the company’s fleet under sanctions and loss from exchange rate differences amounted to $6 million.
The company’s assets increased by 3.75% to $6.9 billion, the decrease in share capital amounted to 7.3% to $4.6 billion.
The company stated that its activities “were influenced by geopolitical factors and sanctions illegally imposed by unfriendly countries.”
Earlier, USM reported that Sovcomflot’s revenue fell by 36% in nine months.
