Russians are actively preparing the Mariupol port for military cargo

In recent days, the Russian invaders have intensified work on preparing a new berth in the port of Mariupol.
This was reported by the head of the Center for the Study of the Occupation, Petro Andryushchenko.
According to him, despite the fact that navigation was practically absent throughout June, the Russians have intensified work in the port.
“The occupiers are preparing a new berth and railway tracks for receiving military cargo. Our sources report that this is directly related to the task of striking the railway and assessing the risks. Due to the risks and the impossibility of using the Melitopol-Tokmak and Tokmak-Berdyansk branches, the Russians plan to put into operation the Mariupol (port)-Volnovakha-Rozivka-Tokmak branch as the main branch,” Petro Andryushchenko said.
In particular, work is being carried out on the potential possibility of quickly pumping fuel directly into railway tanks.
“We are monitoring the situation. However, indeed, such activity has not been observed for more than a year and a half,” the head of the Center for the Study of Occupation emphasized.
