Russians are increasing illegal exports from occupied ports on the Sea of Azov

The invaders are currently preparing at least four flights from the temporarily occupied ports of Mariupol and Berdyansk to Turkey.
New shipments of grain and coal to Russian vessels have taken place from the ports of Berdyansk and Mariupol with subsequent delivery to Turkish ports. This was reported by Kateryna Yaresko, a journalist for the SeaKrime project of the Peacemaker Center.
Thus, the tanker Leonid Pestrykov (IMO 9922122) loaded 7,526.16 tons of wheat in Berdyansk on January 11–14, 2026 and is heading to Samsun. The exporter is the Terramax company.

The Victoria V vessel (IMO 9454125) loaded 5,750 tons of wheat in Mariupol on January 10–12 (15). The port of destination is Tekirdag, the exporter is Suntrade.
Another vessel, Victoria K (IMO 1041348), received 6,704.945 tons of coal in Mariupol and plans to head to Samsun. Before that, it called at the Turkish port of Tekirdag.

Alfa 1 (IMO 9045601) loaded 5,220.255 tons of coal in Mariupol on January 10-12, 2026 and is heading to Gebze in the Sea of Marmara.
All of the listed vessels are regularly involved in the transportation of agricultural products and other cargo from the occupied territory of Ukraine to Turkey.

Also at the beginning of the year, the Russian-flagged vessel Siberia (IMO:9239458) loaded stolen grain in Crimea and is likely heading to Syria or Lebanon.
