Russians attacked port infrastructure in Izmail district at night

As a result of the shelling, there is damage to the facades of buildings and a residential building.
This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper.
On the night of Friday, January 17, the enemy attacked the Izmail district with strike drones.
“The Russians’ target was the port infrastructure. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries,” Kiper reported.
As a result of the shelling, there is damage to the facades of buildings and a residential building.
All relevant services were working at the scene. Law enforcement officers recorded the consequences of the shelling.
The Prosecutor General’s Office reported that proceedings have been initiated into the fact of a night drone attack on the infrastructure of the Izmail region.
In particular, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the fact of committing war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
