At the beginning of March, the Ukrainian military destroyed seven russian boats with saboteurs in the Dnipro delta. The russians planned to land from them on the islands near Kherson.
About 20 Russians were killed along with the boats. Natalya Gumenyuk, head of the joint coordination press center of the Southern Defense Forces, announced this on the air of the telethon.
The russian military does not stop trying to establish control over the islands in the Dnipro delta, but so far they have not succeeded in doing this.
