Since the beginning of the year, 60% of oil in Ukraine has been exported through ports
In January, more than 60% of vegetable oil was exported through Ukrainian ports.
More than half of the vegetable oil exports in January were sent to ports, reports Rail.insider.
In January, 90.8 thousand tons of vegetable oil were already exported – 11% more than in December 2024.
There is a tendency to increase shipments of this nomenclature from ports. Thus, in January this figure was 57.2 thousand tons (or 63%). At the same time, 33.6 thousand tons of oil (or 37%) were transferred through land crossings.
Last year, in December, 53.6 thousand tons of oil (or 42.8%) were transported to ports, and 71.7 thousand tons (or 57.2 thousand tons) were transported through land crossings.
USM previously reported that there were fewer grain wagons heading towards the ports of Great Odesa.
