Since the beginning of the year, the Odesa USPA branch has spent over UAH 60 million on repairs

The largest expenses were repairs of vessels and berths, as well as the renewal of other port infrastructure.

This is reported by “Intent”.

In 2025, the Odesa branch of the State Enterprise “USPA” completed and planned tenders for 60.2 million hryvnias. In general, this year the Odessa port renovated berths (No. 2k, Sugar Pier) and vessels (v/h PS-399), and also planned to repair the port overpass, repair the asphalt concrete coating and technological passages in the rear of the berths, and other works.

However, the largest tender has not yet taken place. We are talking about the reconstruction of berth No. 7, located on Mytna Square. The expected cost of the work was 539.8 million hryvnias, but the purchase never took place.

“In general, the analysis of procurement shows: the Odesa branch of the State Enterprise “USPA” in 2025 focused on updating the port infrastructure — from berths and piers to overpasses and administrative buildings. At the same time, some of the largest tenders were canceled or did not take place,” the publication notes.

Earlier, the USPA announced a tender for the overhaul of the berth in the port of Chornomorsk.
