Since the start of the Grain Corridor, 32 million tons of agricultural products have been exported

From August 1, 2022 to June 18, 2023, 32 million tons of Ukrainian grains were exported through the “grain corridor”.

During the 46th week of operation of the “grain corridor”, from June 12 to 18, 2023, 438.1 thousand tons of agricultural products were exported through the sea ports of the Odesa region. This is 33% less than a week ago, notes UCAB.

The number of ships that were loaded this week was nine units, that is, four less than the previous week.

“These vessels are loaded, but they have not yet passed the necessary inspection to continue moving further to customers, and they are waiting for it,” UCAB stressed.

In addition, the next week is expected to be even worse, because last week only five ships passed the entrance inspection. The largest export volumes during the 46th week of operation of the “grain corridor” were:

• corn (80% of exports during this period);

• wheat (7%);

• sunflower cake (7%).

Ukrainian products went to the countries of Asia (China, Turkey) and Europe (Spain, Italy, France).
