State Property Fund announced auctions for warehouses in the port of Reni

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced the start of auctions for warehouse space in the sea trade port of Reni.
The announced online auction for the lease of warehouses No. 3, 4 in a large transport hub on the Danube — the sea trade port of Reni, reported the SPFU.
The auctions are scheduled for April 17, the starting rent is 27.2 thousand hryvnias and 39.7 thousand hryvnias. The term of lease of the objects is 5 years.
Warehouse No. 3 has a total area of 2194.3 m².Warehouse No.4 is somewhat smaller than the previous one: 1450 m². The technical condition of the facilities is satisfactory, the electricity grid and water supply are connected. The premises are ready for storage of raw materials and are located in the territory of the 1st freight district.
