State Property Fund auctions off logistics and cargo storage site in Reni port

The State Property Fund announced an online auction for the lease of an open area of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs at the rear of the pier (6,216.0 m²) in the city of Reni, Odesa region.
The auction is scheduled to be held in the electronic trading system “Prozorro.Sales”, the State Property Fund reported.
The acceptance of offers for participation in the auction will last until 20:00 on March 9. The auction itself is scheduled for March 10.
The starting price is UAH 18,697.
The State Property Fund noted that the location at the rear of the pier provides direct access to waterways and international transport corridors. The coverage of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs is designed for heavy equipment, storage of containers, rolled metal or grain cargo. Lease is carried out exclusively through the Prozorro.Sales system, which guarantees equal conditions for all participants.
USM previously reported that the Port of Reni received new equipment as part of the RELINC project.
