State Property Fund nationalized the oil company of the owner of “Putin’s yacht”

Oil company “Alliance-Ukraine”, the nominal owner of “Putin’s yacht”, became the property of Ukraine.

The Fund has completed the process of registering the state’s ownership of 100% of the share in the authorized capital of Alliance-Ukraine Oil Company LLC, said the head of the Federal State University Vitalii Koval.

The next stage is to prepare for sale the oil trader, whose assets are estimated at more than UAH 450 million. The nationalized company was handed over to the State Property Fund after the relevant decision of the High Anti-corruption Court.

Also, with this decision, State Property Fund received 49% in Alliance Holding LLC, 51% of which is owned by Shell. The Foundation team is currently cleaning up the nationalized stake and registering ownership by state.

State Property Fund is the authorized body for the management of nationalized (sanctioned) assets. Currently, it manages 788 assets of 49 sub-sanctioned groups and individuals. Funds received from the sale of such property are directed to the Fund for the Liquidation of the Consequences of Armed Aggression, which finances the reconstruction projects of Ukraine.

“Alliance-Ukraine” previously belonged to the Russian Eduard Khudainatov, a confidant of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The yachts “Amadea” of oligarch Suleiman Kerimov and “Scheherazade” of the President of Russia were registered on Khudainatov.

Earlier, USM reported that the arrested superyacht Scheherazade, which probably belongs to Russian President Putin, was launched in Italy.

It will be recalled that the State Property Fund will once again put the Russian oligarch’s agricultural company up for auction.
