The French President believes that the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz does not justify the lifting of sanctions against Russian oil.

Currently, ships around the world are transporting 290 million barrels of Russian and Iranian oil under sanctions.

In February, the volume of oil transportation for export by rail increased – a total of 44.4 thousand tons of oil were exported.
