The European Commission finally approved the extension of restrictions on the import of Ukrainian agricultural products to neighboring countries until September 15.
The European Union may limit agricultural imports of Ukraine to five neighboring countries after the extension of the “economic visa-free regime”.

On May 12, the Government of Slovakia approved the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture to cancel the unilateral ban on the import of agricultural products from Ukraine by the decision of the European Commission.
Since May 12, “Ukrzaliznytsia” has introduced a conventional ban on the transportation of agricultural products in the direction of the port of Izmail.
The steps currently being discussed would ban the import of agricultural products to Poland, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, which border Ukraine, as well as Bulgaria.
“Ukrzaliznytsia” limits the transportation of grain and seeds to the Izmail station for an indefinite period.
“Ukrzaliznytsia” has temporarily limited grain transportation to the port of Izmail. The convention applies to 5 companies on the port territory.
The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and 10 allied countries have decided to keep the agreements on future oil production in force.
