The European Union, within the framework of the 21st package of sanctions, may tighten restrictions against the Russian shadow fleet and companies involved in the sale of stolen Ukrainian grain.

The update includes 10 tankers of the so-called “shadow fleet” under false flags, as well as two tankers of Greek shipping companies.
