Taras Vysotsky will work in the reformatted Ministry of Agrarian Policy

Taras Vysotsky, Denys Bashlyk and Yehor Perelygin took up the positions of Deputy Ministers of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
This was reported by the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council.
On Monday, July 28, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Taras Vysotsky, Denys Bashlyk and Yehor Perelygin during a meeting and immediately appointed them to new positions.
Thus, the government dismissed Taras Vysotsky from the position of First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine; Denys Bashlyk from the position of Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization; Yehor Perelygin from the position of Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine.
The officials will work as deputy ministers in the newly established Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
“We are glad to see people in the team who really know the industry and have their finger on the pulse of the agricultural sector for several years. We worked together on legislative initiatives and programs to support agricultural producers, communicated with international partners, and advocated for solutions that help develop the agricultural sector.
The VAR is ready to continue to work fruitfully together, because the challenges are not decreasing, and with a strong team, there are more chances to win,” the Council statement said.
Recall that on July 21, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted Resolution No. 903, which decided to conduct a large-scale reorganization of the system of central executive bodies. According to the document, two separate departments are being liquidated — the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine, and their functions are transferred to the newly created Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
