The admiral of the Russian fleet, who ordered the attack on Vinnytsia with Kalibrs, was informed of the suspicion
The SBU has collected new evidence of the guilt of the former commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation Igor Osipov, who is involved in shelling of the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine.
According to investigators, it was Igor Osipov who organized the mass air attack on Vinnytsia on July 14, 2022, the SBU reported.
Then, on his order, the enemy launched an attack on the city with Caliber missiles from a Russian surface combat ship based near Cape Fiolent of the Crimean Peninsula.
As a result of enemy shelling, 29 residents of Vinnytsia were killed, including three children. Another 154 people received physical injuries of varying degrees of severity.
Russian rockets also destroyed 35 residential buildings, about 70 private cars and utility vehicles.
Osipova was informed of the suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder, committed by a group of persons according to a prior conspiracy).
It will be recalled that at the beginning of the year, the SBU already informed Osipov of the suspicion of organizing systematic missile strikes from the Black Sea on Ukrainian densely populated areas.
