The agreement on silence at sea should cover Odesa and Mykolaiv, — Zelenskyy

The agreement on silence at sea was supposed to apply to both port infrastructure and the cities where it is located.
According to Укрінформ, Ukrinform, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this during a briefing.
“The agreement was supposed to apply to port infrastructure and cities where there are corresponding ports, corresponding infrastructure. Odesa, the Odessa region, because there is also the port “Pivdennyi” there, as well as the important infrastructure of Mykolaiv, which is currently not working, constantly under fire. Everyone was counting on this, because there was an agreement on the Black Sea, but, again, there is nothing to say without monitoring,” the head of state said.
Zelenskyy noted that in the negotiations between the US and Russia, it was discussed that Saudi Arabia, as a third country, could conduct such monitoring.
However, Riyadh will not be able to conduct such monitoring, but Turkey, the US, France or the UK can conduct such monitoring. Also, countries of the Black Sea region, such as Romania, Bulgaria, which know this region and have been engaged in demining.
