The auction for the reconstruction of berth No. 7 in the Odesa port did not take place

The auction for the reconstruction of berth No. 7 of the Odesa Sea Port worth over 539 million hryvnias did not take place, as no company submitted a bid.
This was reported by Prozorro data.
Recall that in August, the Odesa branch of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Ports Administration” (USPA) announced an open tender for the construction of the reconstruction of berth No. 7 in the Odessa Sea Port. The expected cost of the purchase was over 539 million hryvnias, and the large-scale work was to be completed by December 31, 2027.
In turn, the Intent publication notes that the tender attracted the interest of many potential participants, who submitted their proposals for improving accessibility, but the USPA noted that all requirements were established in order to confirm the qualifications and technical capabilities of the participants, so it refused to change the conditions.
Currently, the reconstruction of pier No. 7 remains without a contractor – proposals were due by September 9, 2025, but no company has submitted an application.
USM previously reported that the USPA will spend more than 500 million on the reconstruction of the pier in the port of Odesa.
