The auction for the resale of the tanker “Nika Spirit” failed for the second time

Alfa Group 77, which purchased the seized tanker from ARMA, was unable to sell the vessel for UAH 9 million.

The starting price was reduced by UAH 3 million, but the auction failed due to the lack of participants.

The previous auction, where the starting price was UAH 12 million, also failed due to the lack of participants. The company itself purchased the tanker for UAH 6 million 425 thousand from the National Agency for Tracing and Asset Management (ARMA) on May 9, 2025.

We will remind, in June last year, by a decision of the Dniprovsky District Court of Kyiv, the seizure of the acquired asset was canceled. The representative of the winning company also managed to achieve the cancellation of the seizure of the vessel’s documents seized during the search in court on July 30.

In February 2026, it became known that the buyer of the ship arrested in Izmail wanted to resell it for twice as much.
