The Cabinet of Ministers allowed the export of coal

According to the results of the meeting, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine allowed the export of coal.

The government has allowed the export of 1.1 million tons of hard coal, anthracite and fuel obtained from hard coal this year, said Taras Melnychuk, deputy representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada.

“The quota of 0 tons for the export of hard coal, anthracite has been replaced; briquettes, pellets and similar types of solid fuel obtained from hard coal, with a quota of 1,153 thousand tons,” he wrote.

The decision was taken to ensure the operation of state-owned coal mining enterprises and the sale of thermal coal.
