The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has reduced funding for the liquidation of the consequences of the Kakhovska hydroelectric power plant explosion by Russian troops three times.
The government has approved a reduction in funding from the reserve fund for the Kherson Regional Military Administration for the liquidation of the consequences of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant explosion, People’s Deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko reported.
Initially, UAH 176.5 million was allocated, now this amount has been reduced to UAH 55.4 million.
Earlier, USM reported that experts estimated the losses in grain production as a result of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant explosion.
We will remind, on June 6, 2023, the Russians blew up the Kakhovska hydroelectric power plant. The hydroelectric power plant was completely destroyed and cannot be restored. The Russians carried out a terrorist attack on the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant deliberately. A special forces group of the Russian occupation army arrived there and carried out the explosion.
