The man informed the enemy about the location of military boats in Mykolaiv port and justified Russian armed aggression against Ukraine.
The accused worked for the enemy and collected information about the deployment locations on the territory of Mykolaiv and the region of units of the Armed Forces, about the consequences of enemy shelling of the city of Mykolaiv, the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported.
Also in the zone of special attention of the enemy agent were the locations of military boats in Mykolaiv port, the directions of their movement.
He transmitted the intelligence through the Telegram messenger with the coordinates, which make it possible to identify one hundred percent on the ground.
In addition, the man was spreading messages with narratives of hostile propaganda and justification for war on Telegram.
The accused is in custody. He faces up to 12 years in prison.
