The competitive dialogue stage for the concession in the port of Chornomorsk has begun

The competitive dialogue stage has started within the concession competition for terminals in the port of Chornomorsk.

This was reported by the Ministry of Development.

“The competitive dialogue is a key stage of the project implementation. For 75 days, we, together with the market, are working out the optimal concession model: the state provides basic conditions, and investors provide their professional feedback and proposals. This allows us to form a balanced, viable agreement that takes into account the interests of the state, community and business,” commented Oleksiy Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine – Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.

All participants have already signed non-disclosure agreements (NDA), which allowed them to gain access to the necessary materials for a detailed study of the project.

After the competitive dialogue, the competition commission, together with EBRD and IFC advisors, will process the participants’ proposals and prepare the final concession conditions. Then the participants will submit their final competitive proposals.

USM previously reported that the Ministry of Development is preparing to launch a concession for part of the grain terminal of the port of Chornomorsk.
