The court arrested the “TIS-Zerno” warehouse and port infrastructure facilities in the case of grain theft from the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine


The Pechersky District Court of Kyiv has arrested the TIS-Zerno floor storage grain warehouse with a capacity of 120 thousand tons.

This is reported by Latifundist with reference to the relevant court decision dated October 21.

The warehouse is included in the case of grain theft from the State Agricultural Production and Processing Plant. Businessman Oleksiy Fedorychev, the owner of “TIS-Zerno” and “TIS-Mineralni dobryva”, is suspected of organizing the scheme.

The court also arrested other port infrastructure facilities:

• an 88/100 share in a single property complex for grain cargo transshipment at berth No. 16 (“TIS-Zerno”),

• a cleaning and drying facility (“TIS-Zerno”),

• a complex of buildings and structures in the area of ​​berth No. 17, with a total area of ​​51,494.9 sq. m (“TIS-Mineralni dobriva”).

The court imposed the arrest in order to preserve material evidence and prevent the alienation of assets that could be confiscated if the defendants are proven guilty. USM previously reported that the court had arrested businessman Fedorychev’s corporate rights in “TIS Zerno” and “TIS Mindobryva”.
