The ex-minister of infrastructure will take up a new position
The Council appointed Oleksandr Kubrakov to the post of Deputy Prime Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development.
Earlier, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, published a submission on the appointment of Kubrakov as the Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine — the Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine.
The candidacy of the government official was supported by 263 people’s elected officials, Yaroslav Zheleznyak, head of the Verkhovna Rada committee on finance, tax and customs policy, reported.
It will be recalled that on November 30, Oleksandr Kubrakov submitted an application for resignation from the post of Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine. Political shifts are related to the future reorganization of the structure of Ukrainian ministries.
