The First Land Investment Fund wants to buy the operating company of the Borivazh terminal

Artur Zolotarevsky’s company is requesting permission from the Antimonopoly Committee to purchase the operating company of the Borivazh terminal in the Pivdennyi port.
This is reported by Latifundist.
The First Land Investment Fund has submitted a request to the Antimonopoly Committee for permission to purchase the operating company. This is stated in the draft agenda of the AMCU meeting on October 2.
According to the Bureau of Economic Security, the owner of the Borivazh terminal is the Agroterminal Logistics company.
In a comment to the publication, the co-owner of PZIF Oleksandr Chornyi explained that this is a company that manages the terminal and has the appropriate permits to provide services, but does not own the real estate itself, berths or property complex. Therefore, the subject of the purchase is an asset in the form of operational management.
“This is important for us, because such an asset provides access to port infrastructure, allows us to strengthen trading and logistics. “Relatively speaking, if a company has licenses and the ability to operate a terminal, it is already an asset, and for us it works exactly like that,” Chornyi commented.
Earlier, USM reported that the court had arrested the Borivazh terminal in the Pivdennyi port.
