The first target of the “Long Neptune” was an important facility in Crimea

The Ukrainian Long Neptune cruise missile has carried out its first successful strike on a Russian military facility in temporarily occupied Crimea.
A Ukrainian modified long-range cruise missile based on the Neptune has hit an important facility of the occupiers in Crimea. This was stated by the Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine Herman Smetanin in an interview with Nettavisen.
The minister did not specify which facility was hit. According to him, the missile has a range of up to 1,000 km and can strike important targets at a long distance.
It was previously believed that the first combat test of the Long Neptune was during the attack on the oil complex in Tuapse. However, the minister noted that this was already the second case of its use.
Recently, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the long-range Neptune “will become a terrible reality for the invaders.”
