The government allowed the concession of the port of Chornomorsk without using the Prozorro system

The Cabinet of Ministers has allowed the port of Chornomorsk to be given a concession for 40 years, bypassing the electronic trading system Prozorro.
According to Resolution No. 1613 of December 9, the Cabinet of Ministers temporarily canceled the need to use Prozorro to conduct concession competitions for large projects.
Previously, the Procedure for Conducting Concession Competitions in the Electronic Trading System provided that from January 1, 2025, all concession competitions, including the publication of documents, were to be carried out exclusively using the electronic trading system Prozorro.
By its resolution, the Cabinet of Ministers postponed the start of this norm for two years – until January 1, 2027.
Earlier, USM reported that the Ministry of Development held another meeting on the concession of the terminals of the port of Chornomorsk.
