The invaders exported over UAH 30 billion worth of Ukrainian grain

As a result of Russian attacks on grain and port infrastructure, countries in Africa and Asia, which received Ukrainian grain, were at risk.

The Russian Federation has appropriated Ukrainian grain worth more than UAH 30 billion, but these figures are not yet final. This was reported in the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Yes, Russia is trying to deprive Ukrainians of their livelihood: either they steal grain or destroy it. Stealing of Ukrainian grain can be considered as a manifestation of genocide, aimed at the physical destruction of the nation by depriving it of its means of survival, stressed the head of the Department for Combating Crimes Committed in the Conditions of Armed Conflict, Yuriy Belousov.

The Prosecutor’s Office also noted two phases of Russia’s attacks on agro-industrial infrastructure related to the “grain agreement”. Before the signing of the agreement, shelling took place mostly in front-line areas: objects in the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions were the most affected. After the Russian Federation stopped fulfilling the conditions of the “grain agreement”, the volume of attacks increased significantly. In particular, the invaders targeted the Odesa region.

The enemy now uses a wide arsenal of weapons, including “Shahed” drones, “Iskander” missiles, and sea- and land-based missiles. This indicates a well-coordinated policy, decisions regarding attacks are made at the highest military-political level of the Russian Federation.

The day before, the Russians attacked port infrastructure and a civilian ship in Odesa. Four civilians were injured. They are provided with all necessary assistance.
