The largest Navy flag: a national record was set in Odesa

A flag 35 meters long and almost 20 meters wide was unfurled by cadets and high school students in honor of the Day of the Naval Forces of Ukraine.
A new national record was set in Odesa — the largest state flag of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces. This was announced by the Commander of the Navy of the Armed Forces, Vice Admiral Oleksiy Neizhpapa.

The flag was unfurled by cadets and high school students of the Naval Forces on one of the central squares of the city. Its length is 35 meters and its width is 19.8 meters.

“Our flag is a symbol of courage, indomitability and devotion to its people. Many victories have already been won under it. I believe that the greatest are yet to come,” Neizhpapa emphasized.
The recorded record became part of the celebrations on the occasion of the Day of the Navy of Ukraine, which this year took place against the backdrop of active hostilities and successful operations of the Ukrainian fleet in the Black Sea.

As USM previously wrote, military sailors rescued civilians in the Black Sea.
