The last ship of the Grain Agreement left Odesa port: details

The last vessel carrying Ukrainian agricultural products within the “grain corridor” left the Odesa port.
The vessel TQ Samsun left the port of Odesa in the morning of July 16, according to MarineTraffic data.
The UN website states that the bulk carrier will send 23,500 tons of corn and 15,300 tons of rapeseed to the Netherlands.
Since June 27, the Russians refused to register new vessels entering the ports of Greater Odessa to participate in the agreement. The Black Sea Grain Initiative will expire on Monday, July 17, unless Russia agrees to extend it.
It is known that UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres is currently waiting for an answer regarding the extension of the agreement from Russian President Vladimir Putin. The latter stated in a telephone conversation with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa on July 15 that “obligations to remove obstacles to Russian exports of food and fertilizers have not yet been fulfilled.”
Ukrainian officials have not yet announced the departure of the last ship from the port of Odessa.
