The liquidation of ITCS will take place: the court made a decision in favor of the Shipping Administration

The Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Shipping Administration regarding the liquidation of the Inspectorate for Training and Certification of Seafarers.
The court rejected the cassation appeal against the ban on the liquidation of the Inspection, the head of the Shipping Administration,Yevhenii Ignatenko, said.
Court case No. 320/11162/23 was another attempt to revive the activities of the Inspectorate for training and certification of seafarers through legal actions.
In April, the Kyiv District Administrative Court satisfied the lawsuit, which stopped the process of liquidation of the Inspection. For example, the liquidation commission could not fire the employees of the institution and carry out its reorganization.
The Shipping Administration successfully challenged this court decision on appeal, but the other side of the process filed a cassation appeal to the Supreme Court.
