The marine oil terminal “Pivdennyi” will become a state-owned enterprise


Marine oil terminal  “Pivdennyi” will be transferred to the management of the Ministry of Energy and will become a state-owned enterprise.

The Cabinet of Ministers agreed with the proposal of the Ministry of Energy regarding the creation of the SE “Marine Oil Terminal “Pivdennyi”” with its assignment to the department’s management sphere, enkorr  reports.

This is stated in the order of the Cabinet of Ministers dated April 30, 2024 under No. 381-r “On approval of the establishment of the state enterprise “Marine Oil Terminal “Pivdennyi””.

“The Ministry of Energy, together with JSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, take measures to transfer the oil and gas distribution system facilities of the marine oil terminal “Pivdennyi”, which are state property and are used by JSC Ukrtransnafta, to the state enterprise “Pivdenny Marine Oil Terminal “”, the document reads.
