The prosecutor’s office suspects the mayor of Vylkovo of losses of 200 million UAH during the construction of the port.
This was reported by “Intent” with reference to Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko.
The mayor of Vylkovo in the Odessa region, Matviy Ivanova, was declared suspicious. He is accused of budgeting losses of over 200 million UAH.
The reason was the situation with the allocation of land for the construction of the port, which was built practically without documents.
According to Kravchenko, Ivanova is accused of aiding and abetting the illegal extraction of almost 8 thousand cubic meters of sand from the Danube.
Ivanova is also suspected of illegally allocating plots on the territory of the Vylkovo community in the coastal zone of the Danube Biosphere Reserve.
