The Ministry of Defense does not yet allow ship calls outside the Grain Agreement
The Grain Agreement should expire on July 17.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine does not yet allow ships to enter the ports of Great Odesa outside the framework of the Grain Agreement.
“This is option B. It concerns both Danube ports and additional financial instruments that will allow us to insure ships that will enter Greater Odessa for those companies that want to ship this grain directly without an agreement. But at the moment, the Ministry of Defense does not give us such an opportunity,” said UZA President Mykola Gorbachev, writes Latifundist.
